Akron District Golf Association Tournament Registration

To register for an event, please complete the form below and click submit. You may also call the ADGA voicemail at (440) 848-8364 and leave a message. Please include all the information in the form below so that we can process your entry.

Your entry will be processed as quickly as possible and tournament fields will be updated on the tournament page. General tournament information will appear on the tournament pages, and pairings will be available on Thursday evenings prior to the event. Upon completion of the event, results will be posted on the tournament page.

You can use this form to register for more than one event.

For team events, please enter your partner's information as well as your own.

Include any special requests in the respective field for each tournament (i.e. early/late starting time). Requests are not guaranteed, but we will try to accomodate as much as possible.
